Finger Lakes Mud Run

The Finger Lakes Mud Run is an outdoor challenge course that takes place within the beautiful grounds of Everest Park. The event is operated by Champions for Life, and run by a group of dedicated volunteers.

The FLMR is designed to help cultivate camaraderie and teamwork.  Families and friends can look forward to an exhilarating, challenging, and extremely muddy adventure! Donations and registration net proceeds will go to Champions for Life, Inc.

The 2023 course is about four and a half miles long, and has just over 40 obstacles.

Registration is closed, but you can still register on the day of the race!

 

Champions for Life

Champions for Life is a non profit organization dedicated to promoting Christian virtues and character through activities that foster a love of God, the dignity of the human person, family unity, and respect for others. CFL runs the Champions for Life Sports Center, located Auburn, NY, Everest Park in the town of Owasco, and the Brian Bisgrove Home of Courage at Everest Park. Brian Bisgrove Home of Courage

The Brian Bisgrove Home of Courage, at Everest Park, is named in honor of Brian Bisgrove, a local man who lost his life to cancer at the age of 21. Brian's Home hosts families who have children with life threatening illnesses or debilitating medical, psychiatric, or developmental conditions, for three days of rest and relaxation, away from the stresses of daily life, at no cost to the family. Everest Park

Everest Park, formerly owned by the family of Brian Bisgrove, now rests in the hands of Champions for Life in Auburn, NY. The 160-acre stretch contains woods, grasslands, a pond, and is home to the Brian Bisgrove Home of Courage, as well as the site of the Finger Lakes Mud Run, Finger Lakes Sports Tournaments, Easter Spirit 5K, and many more events.
