Finger Lakes Mud Run

The Finger Lakes Mud Run is an outdoor challenge course that takes place within the beautiful grounds of Everest Park. The event is operated by Champions for Life and run by a group of dedicated volunteers.
The FLMR is designed to help cultivate camaraderie and teamwork. Families and friends can look forward to an exhilarating, challenging, and extremely muddy adventure! Donations and registration net proceeds will go to Champions for Life, Inc.
The 2026 course will be about 4 miles long and will have between 35 and 40 obstacles.

Food by THE BEARDED BEAR BBQ again this year! Check out their menu and be prepared for magic in your mouth. The Bearded Bear will be bringing breakfast for the early crowd and stay for lunch. Last year their BBQ was out of this world, and I for one cannot wait to get it again!
Don’t wait on registration - we are ordering medals and our giveaways early this year and limiting the number we buy so we aren’t carrying loads of extras after the race. Only the first 600 FLMR Registrations are guaranteed a medal and all of their giveaways. After that, it might be all, or it might not! All will depend on if we have time to order more or not when we reach that magic number!
Champions for Life
Champions for Life is a non profit organization dedicated to promoting Christian virtues and character through activities that foster a love of God, the dignity of the human person, family unity, and respect for others. CFL runs the Champions for Life Sports Center, located in Auburn, NY, Everest Park in the town of Owasco, and the Brian Bisgrove Home of Courage at Everest Park. Brian Bisgrove Home of Courage
The Brian Bisgrove Home of Courage, at Everest Park, is named in honor of Brian Bisgrove, a local man who lost his life to cancer at the age of 21. Brian's Home hosts families who have children with life threatening illnesses or debilitating medical, psychiatric, or developmental conditions, for three days of rest and relaxation, away from the stresses of daily life, at no cost to the family. Everest Park
Everest Park, formerly owned by the family of Brian Bisgrove, now rests in the hands of Champions for Life in Auburn, NY. The 160-acre stretch contains woods, grasslands, a pond, and is home to the Brian Bisgrove Home of Courage, as well as the site of the Finger Lakes Mud Run, Finger Lakes Sports Tournaments, Easter Spirit 5K, and many more events.
